Lena Mildred (Robb) Heidenreich, 92, of Princeton, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2026 at RiverOaks Health Campus. She was born June 15, 1933 to the late Homer Robb and Lona (Bryant) Robb and graduated from Mt. Olympus High School. She continued her education at Vincennes Good Samaritan School of Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse, retiring from the office of Dr. Brink, Sr. Mildred was a member of Patoka Methodist Church and a Gibson County 4H leader and volunteer. She was a member of Cherry Grove Homemaker Club for over 60 years and enjoyed being a farm wife. She and her husband, Paul, established their farm in Gibson County in 1958 where she enjoyed mowing with her Grasshopper, tending her garden, and canning. She was known for her jelly and pecan pie. One of Mildred’s greatest joys was feeding everyone, no matter how many people her husband would bring in for lunch. She was dearly loved and her memory will be cherished by her devoted family.
Mildred is survived by her children, Cindy Kissel, Eric Heidenreich (David), Janet Ault (Greg), and Chris Heidenreich (Laura); grandchildren, Evan Kissel, Courtney Rexing (Stephen), Hannah Kissel, Abigail Paul (Kevin), Ben Heidenreich, Thomas Ault, Emma Ault, Tyler Oldham (Brianna), Brooke Oldham, and Maddy Kissel; great-grandchildren, Carter and Makenzie Greenwell; siblings-in-law, Pauline Higdon and Ed Wilcoxen; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Heidenreich; grandson, Dane Kissel; brothers, Walter Robb and Paul Robb; and son-in-law, Tim Kissel.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, January 23, 2026 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton officiated by Pastor Ricky Simpson. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Hazleton. Visiting hours will be held from 4 until 7:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
